michelle found her future husband....

millions of fans, young and old wanted to meet michelle and there are few thousands who are in love with this beautiful, pleasant skater. her warm smile can be felt inside the cold arena that captivates men of all ages, both celebrities and non-celebrities. #9 is one among the celebrities and barang is one among the non-celebs.
#9 is a hunk and a very good looking man. barang however is just plain and ordinary guy. the underdog barang has no chance of meeting his dream girl because of his status being a fan.
december of 1999 when #9 made his move. they were seen together for numerous occassion and slowly, barang hopes diminished. he was about to give up and getting ready to pack up his clothes and belongings to join the army. for one last time, he checked the e-mail and skatingfan had admonished this poor man to take courage and fight for his love. he also received an e-mail from beth who gave him the place where michelle train and urged him to go there and try to meet her in person.
suddenly, a flickering hope became a blaze of fire. barang drove his car to a nearby gas station, have it serviced for oil changed, bought a new set of tires, fill it up and drove off in a hurry and forgot to pay the bill.
8 hours on the road and finally in la. he proceeded to find a hotel. once checked in, he took a long warm shower to relax his tired body. when he's done, he went down to the restaurant and ate his lunch. after that, he asked the waiter a good place to buy a flower. the waiter said " across the street is the least expensive place in the entire la . barang went in ask " how much is a dozen of roses"? the lady replied" $240.00". " what?" said barang and the mean lady said these degrading words to barang
"i know your an out-towner and can't afford it, so why don't you just pluck those ugly flowers from the side of the road?". dejected barang left the store and started kicking dust and in disgust kicked the side of the building. he went back to the hotel and sort out his thoughts.
2 hours later, he's able to gather his thought and drove straight to el segundo where michelle train.
he pulled up his car next to a bmw not knowing that it belongs to #9. he proceeded to go inside and look around and like an eagle, his eyes scoured the four extremities corner of the rink. he spotted michelle skating and a couple of beginners. he went down to get closer to her .
barang now standing behind the fence(i don't know what you call the guard around the ice rink) and suddenly, their eyes met.

I was wondering why you didn't put it in the BFFF thread then I realized that you were the groom-to-be. Man too much competition, first George P. Bush, then we got GMAN and U2Asian duking it out, then sw10025 getting MK hitched to Timmy and now Barang??? What's the world coming to? Great story, but you know I'm biased for PK.

Mano LOL, we have BFFF going on chapter 30 something, so it is good for Barang or GMAn or u2 or whoever to write their stories.

skatingfan- at first, i can't figure out what you are talking about. i read the story 2 times and can't make sense out of it. then i read the title. once, twice and the third time, boom! there it is. thank you very much for making mk look like a third party.

before i type in the conclusion, let me warn you that this will be cheesy because i don't know how to end the story. sorry in advance.

Come on Barang, the fun is in the process. So every smile, every
looks that are exchanged, some flirty conversation etc i.e. the details.

Barang, you need to draw this out into a chapter/week thing.

the conclusion.............

his heart is beating 120mph as she skated towards him. michelle on the other hand is dumbfounded. she reason within herself how can she felt this way with a plain guy as opposed to feeling in love with hunks like #9, pk, gp and others.
her almond eyes were wide opened and lost her bearing and was about to crash against the board. barang with quick thinking jump over the fence and put himself between michelle and the board , thus, protecting the safety of people's angel. not a moment too soon when michelle fell into barang gentle arms, #9 came out of the tunnel and was in rage. he skated towards barang and charged him like an angry bull. barang back off and tried to reason with him. he poses these deep, profound questions to #9, if you prick me, don't i bleed? if you punch me in the eye, don't i get black eye? if you tickle me, don't i laugh, and if you buy me food, don't i eat it? #9 is too dumb to grasp the meaning of them so he threw punch after punch at barang but not one had landed because barang is a black belt martial artist and know what to do to dodge the punches.
michelle was crying and horrified by the fight and beg #9 to stop but he won't stop. meanwhile barang was backed into the corner and there's no place for him to avoid #9. facing a predicament, he have no choice but to defend himself. fortunately, guards came in, broke them apart. michelle came over and told #9 "i don't want to see you ever,ever again, i now know what kind of person you are and don't want my future children to have a father like you. now, please excuse me".
michelle ask barang if he wanted to grab a bite, he ecstatically said yes! as they walk towards the exit suddenly #9 came from behind and push him as hard as he could. barang landed on his hinny and because of the strong impact, he diffuses a gas. immediately, the rink was filled with foul odor. alarms went off and so as the sprinklers.
#9- what in the hell did you have for lunch?
barang- corndogs.
#9- michelle, are you still going out with him after hearing what he had for lunch? he's cheap.
michelle- physical appearance is vain but a good heart is hard to find. good bye #9.
as michelle and barang coming out from the rink, they saw a banner hanging overhead made by lizd and it read "mooooo, till the cows come home". they look at each other, chuckled and said moooooooooooooo!
