In one of the letters to the editor, someone said they thought the green dress that Michelle wore was gorgeous and wanted to know where to buy it. There is also a funny photo the a model in that green dress but they cut and pasted Michelle's head shot in there. It looks really funny.

Apparently it costs over $5,000 by some designer, and is no longer available in greem but is available in other colors.

Michelle looked angelic in that dress Just the perfect model for that style.

Actually, that picture is the same one from the article on Michelle (before everyone rushes out to look for a new pic). It's her, not a model's body. But her head is in a slightly funny position -- I assume she was moving/turning when they caught that shot. It does look almost like they pasted her head on another body.

I finally opened my In-Style magazine. In addition to the letter & picture mentioned above (which is in the "Mail/Where Can I Find It?" section on page 100), Michelle also appears on page 88 in the Letters to the Editor. There's a picture from the beginning of the "Holiday on Ice" article and a second letter entitled "Michelle, My Belle" thanking In-Style for their article (it's short but sweet).

It's the April issue. I didn't see anything in the March issue, so it was a nice surprise to see the MKM's this month.

Must be silk, possibly shantung. Still, even with such a nice fabric, $5,000 seems a bit pricey, lol.

Perfect cut & a gorgeous color though.

I thought she was spinning too and that is why the picture is slightly blury. It definately looks like all of Michelle and the dress fits so nicely on her. While she and the dress looks lovely....$5,000? Good lordy, though I realize most of her skating dresses cost at least that much though that's because it is customized to fit her.

Also, most skating dresses (though less on Michelle's than others) have a great deal of hand work for beading & crystals. The cost of labor really drives the price of those dresses up far beyond the cost of the actual materials.
And then the Vera Wang name by itself is worth probably $2,000 per dress.

Michelle's green dress was likely also customized to fit her.
