Sometimes we refer to MK as 6.0 b/c of the unprecedented # of perfect 6.0s she earned, and PK as #9, he wears #9. Yingshan To New Comers: Welcome to our fantasyland! The purpose of this place is for us to have some fun with our favorite skater: Michelle Kwan. We weave fictional accounts and speculations into very skimpy facts. Because of you all I had a sort of epihany and I thought I would share it with you. Today school was cancelled and I used my free time to go back and read all the old threads in here that I missed. Tonight as I was watching world pros, as usual I was extremely annoyed when Phillippe took off his shirt. I could never really put my finger on why it annoyed me so much. But tonight when I saw it, all I could think of was that the required elements picture and how that did not annoy me. Then it hit me. If you're going to take off your shirt and prance around, have something worth showing. Now I know that it annoys me because he takes off his shirt basically saying "look at me I'm so wonderful" but he has nothing worth seeing, which just translates into annoying arrogance.

I hear ya loud and clear. Everytime I see Phillippe strip, I go, Oy, where's the beef, where's the six pack? Would you believe this same guy played Captain Li Shang in MK's Mulan special. PK would have been perfect for the part...he already is a Captain, he's got the body, and the facial features that would do the cartoon proud. In my version of Mulan, I'd be happy with PK shirtless and MK can just do all the skating...the ending scene by the bridge can be a real kiss too, hehehehe. Where's the director Yingshan, she'd do this right. Next item up for bid. It's so HAAARD to be a DIE Hard Fan of the Mighty Ducks when they crash and burn against the worst the NHL has to offer. The whole time they were playing against the Islanders on Wednesday, I was shouting at the TV, skate faster, be more aggressive and SHOOT the Puck, shoot the puck!!! But do they listen, NOOOOO!!! But as a die hard, I stick with them through the good days the tons of bad days. Lastly, visited some Yahoo Kariya Club sites and found that most of the female members there can be pretty nasty when it came to a possible Kariya/Kwan match-up. No, I didn't say anything, their comments were due to the MK/PK/TS fanfair pic that the Mighty Ducks Site featured and the SI for Kids one too. I think it stems from jealousy in that there is a better chance of MK/PK actually happening whereas their (the female PK fans) chances with PK are zero to none (JMHO, mind you). Also, Teemu's Yahoo fan club is hilarious 'cause Teemu actually writes a journal every so often AND answers questions some of his fan ask on the messageboard. One fan's handle was "TEEMU IS THE GOD OF MY WORLD", heehee, and I thought us MK fans were bad. I was literally floored though 'cause I didn't think athletes would go out of their way to read and answer questions in a messageboard. Hat's off to Teemu. that's for sure. Part of the blood contract we signed as BFFFers was never to post any MK/PK anything outside Fan Fiction borders. From visiting the Yahoo clubs and other PK message boards, I found that they do their own speculating regarding PK and anybody. MK is the target this time 'cause of a couple of factors. The Duck fans know MK was at the Duck fanfair last year and I found two PK websites that mentioned that PK and MK were hitting on each other. Then, MK shows up at a couple of Duck games last year. The Mighty Ducks site also featured a pic of MK, PK, and TS on Gallery 18, #81's pic out of 101 Millenium pics which was posted on Dec 25, 1999, I think. Most recently, PK was on SI for Kids, right next to MK. All these things they put together without our help. They talk about everything in those clubs, even stuff like if PK favors boxers, briefs, or neither, aheeheehee... Anywho, I have seen on two occasions that MKF link was posted by somebody I don't know (NOT ME, HONEST). One time back, a poster by the name of Jade I think started bashing us here even though we explained it's fiction. She then posted as "disgusted hockey fan" on PK forum and posted MKF/BFFF link. Those who took a look found the whole thing hilarious and know it's fiction. H*ck, they are guilty of wanting PK for themselves after all so that's equal to fiction, heehee. Anywho, hope that answers your question Eilaram. Chemy, LOL at your TG editing.

This is so slow here, and everywhere. I miss you. BTW, where is Yingshan. 2 things I want to ask you guys, I know it is not fan fiction matter, and I know it is about 2 other boards. But I think since we beefers have signed blood contract, so I think it is safest to post my curiosity here. 1. for those of you who know rssif well, what happened to Ch*ck. I have not seen his/her post there for a long time. Not that I miss him/her. But s/he used to post ridiculously long and pages after pages of stuff. Remember when usoc posted a Michelle ad in time mag, s/he rant about that it should be another skater instead of MK? Now the second one is more important. How credible is E*ta, when it comes to things about MK. I know s/he is a die hard fan of an ice dancer. I just surfed into fs universe and found a thread "concerned" about our angel. E*ta posted something that I can not even imagine is possible. Hope you guys can help. Thanks.

Not much on the BFFF front (you can still join the BFFF mailing list!) but to answer Skatingfan's questions: 1) The last I saw of the person in question on rssif was when (s)he was trying to say that the USFSA renegotiating Michelle's pro-am contract was = to another skater who didn't honor his/her contract. Morry responded and told the person that not only did the USFSA come to Michelle about the renegotiation, not the other way around, but that they had done the exact same thing with Todd Eldredge and the other skaters who had USFSA contracts. They probably would have renegotiated the other skater's contract if (s)he had honored it. Maybe the person in question was so mad at that piece of news that he left and decided not to come back. 2) Regarding the other person in question, I took a very rare trip to FSU to see what (s)he had written. Now if this person came up to me and said that 2+2=4, I probably would have a hard time believing him/her. That is how credible (s)he is to me. Now not to say that this person is a liar, but let's look at the facts: a) This person also said that last year at Worlds, Michelle's father was beating her and burning her with his cigarette backstage. Let's just say that this person and/or his/her friends were the only people to notice this. b) From what I have read, Michelle has been trying to get her father to stop committing this alleged act for years and years, even charging him $10 every time she caught him. (He said he owes her like $40,000 now.) Not why would Michelle try to get her father to stop doing something and then turn around and do it herself? I doubt she is that hypocritical. c) Now even though she didn't win GPF, she skated way too well that if she was doing this thing, she probably would have been all out of breath and coughing and the end of her program(s). There aren't too many people with that much stamina that do this thing. d) Has Michelle come down with bronchitis lately? I know 4 different people that do this thing and get bronchitis every winter. Now I know Michelle is in So. Cal. but she will be in Cleveland, Ohio in less than a week, and I assume it is cold there. e) This is the first and only time I have ever heard of Michelle doing this thing. Not only that, but the accuser is well known not to like Michelle from the last time I saw him/her and I doubt (s)he has changed all that much. If anyone else saw, it would probably be all over the FS boards, probably even the sports pages. But like I said, I'm not calling this person a liar, (s)he just doesn't have much credibility with me. LOl we have to talk like this. I think rssif is definitely much more peaceful, but a bit not as entertaining since that person has left. I know everyone would jump all over him/her, and s/he will never let go, there were quite a lot of exchange. Actually the last time I saw his/her post was when his/her idol debut a program that used the U.s. flag as part of the design, so there were over 30 messages on flag ettiquette. For person #2, i remember last year reading in fswurld someone posted that, just forgot the name, and at the time I remember head angel gave this person a warning about libel. I always thought E*ta was a die hard fan of an ice dancer, and had always been dissing another dancer. WOW... thanks, that is all the excitement for me for now. Mano, we are eagerly waiting for the Valentine's day story, how crispy are you nowadays. yingshan where are you.

Fictionally set a few days before Paul and the Mighty Ducks set off on a long roadtrip out east beginning on Jan 29, 2000. *** Michelle was quietly studying on her bed in her dorm. She was just reading over a few chapters of one of her textbooks when her roommate came in and opened the TV. She didn’t mind the distraction too much because her book almost put her to sleep anyway. Her roommate set the channel to ESPN2. NHL CoolShots was on. “Hey Michelle, CoolShots is on, Paul might be in there,” her roommate said. Michelle looked up and said, “it’s probably a repeat,” and went back to her studying. A few minutes later, she heard Paul’s name being mentioned but thought nothing of it, she can think of Paul all she wants after she studies. Then her roommate suddenly said, “Whoa, your man is being interviewed by a blond bombshell that is sitting a bit too close to him. He seems to favor blonds doesn’t he, or this particular one. If I recall correctly, that’s the third time she got the pleasure to interview him. Maybe she’s got designs on him, does she know he’s taken. Come to think of it, she looks like a Betty, and Paul did say he preferred Betty to Veronica…” her roommate went on and on. With every word she uttered, Michelle’s heart sank a little more as she stared at the woman interviewing Paul. Her platinum blond her was long and flowing down her shoulders and back. Her blue eyes twinkled behind long curly lashes and her dewy skin was almost glowing as she smiled brightly with every answer Paul gave her. Her roommate said, “She seems to be well endowed, I’m surprised her producer didn’t tell her to wear a tank top or something to show off her curves.” She turned to Michelle who hadn’t said a word and noticed her crestfallen look. “I’m sure it’s nothing, Paul doesn’t look too happy being interviewed by her, well, he looks happy, but,” “You’re not helping!” Michelle said. Her roommate apologized then observed, “you know she and Paul are both wearing gray tops and blue jeans. Come to think of it, they make a good looking couple, he with his dark exotic features and she with her…” “I’ve had enough,” Michelle said dejectedly, “didn’t you say there was a frat party going on right now? I feel like doing something fun for a change.” Her roommate just smiled and said, “yup, its about time you lightened up. For someone who chose to go to College, you’re missing the whole experience with all your worrying about skating and competitions.” An hour later both ladies were headed to frat party. Michelle decided to wear a red v-necked t-shirt with quarter length sleeves over a short black skirt and she finished off her look with strappy sandals. She felt a little bit nervous because she didn’t know what to expect. She’s heard about all these parties but never felt adventurous enough to go in. She also usually doesn’t have the time. She hasn’t even gone to a Ducks game since pre-season and Paul wasn’t even playing then due to a hip injury. He wasn’t injured enough to take her out to dinner though and she smiled at the memory. Then she remembered why she decided to go to this party again, to wipe off the memory of the Coolshots interview. The door opened to the frat house and the host, one of the frat brothers, welcomed her and her roommate in. “Ladies, welcome, welcome. My name is Josh. Hope you guys have fun tonight.” Michelle doubted it. It was turning out to be an awful night, she thought as she entered the foyer. She was taken aback by all the people in the house. It was pretty crowded and quite loud. They had a DJ playing songs she’s never heard, probably made by some rock bands just starting out by the sound of it. Nobody was really dancing…or at least they pretended they were trying to dance to the music while trying to make some conversation or flirting with each other. There was also beer, lots of it. Some of the guys she passed practically reeked of it. Some of the ladies weren’t fairing well either. She saw someone throw up in a vase in the living room. Michelle was not comfortable at all, but her roommate kept telling her that this was normal. The host decided to leave them to some of his frat brothers. “Gentlemen, these lovely ladies need some company while I get them a drink? Any preference ladies?” Josh asked. “No thanks, I’m fine.” Michelle answered while her roommate asked for some soda. “So, you’re name is Michelle? I swear to you, I had a best friend named Michelle back home,” one of the frat brothers said. “Is that so? How…interesting,” Michelle answered then turned to her roommate and whispered, “I’m ready to leave now,” “But it’s only started, let’s stay a little bit more, it could get better later.” Her roommate answered. “Alright.” Suddenly Michelle squealed and spun around quickly, “excuse me sir, did you pinch me?” Michelle asked, embarrassed as well as a bit peeved. Nobody has treated her like that before. “Why so formal, hotstuff. You are looking good enough to eat. How about treat us to some of those sexy skating moves you do.” A behemoth of a guy, one of the frat brothers called Little John, said. “Not in this lifetime,” Michelle answered. “Oh, win a few medals and she thinks she’s miss high-and-mighty now, eh?” Little John continued. “Leave her alone, jerk!” her roommate said and dragged Michelle away from the fray. “Thanks,” Michelle said. “No problem, some College guys are jerks anyway. Look if you want to leave, I can understand. I saw a couple of my friends in there and they feel like going somewhere else. You can come with us if you want?” Her roommate asked. “No, it’s alright, I feel like being alone anyway. I think I’ll drive around for a while then head off to Disneyland, best place to be to get rid of the doldrums, sometimes.” Michelle said. “Okay, see you later then,” her roommate and left.

A little while later she realized she was already in Tustin, California. Her mind must be more occupied by him than she thought. Well, might as well drop by his house and hope that he was done entertaining whoever he was entertaining. She parked her jeep and walked up to the door of Paul Kariya’s townhouse. She rang the doorbell. Expecting Paul when the door opened, Michelle was surprised to see a beautiful blond woman in a form fitting dress instead. “Hi, can I help you?” The woman asked. “Is Paul Kariya in?” Michelle asked stupefied, realizing that the woman was the one who interviewed Paul from NHL Coolshots. What was she doing here? Is she the one Paul was supposed to entertain tonight or is she the one doing the entertaining? Michelle shook her head to drive away her depressing thoughts. “I’m sorry, he’s a little busy right now. If you need his autograph, I’ll be glad to get it for you.” The lady said condescendingly. “No, it’s alright. I’ll just write a letter or something.” Michelle said quickly, a little disheartened but nevertheless insulted by the woman’s words. She turned around and started walking away from the townhouse as she heard the door slowly close behind her. She felt numb and very confused. She got into her jeep and drove away again. In the townhouse, Paul Kariya looked up from the dinner table when Danielle Rabbe came in. She had excused herself earlier to freshen up. She volunteered to answer the door when the doorbell rang since she was closest to it. She was a very beautiful woman, and many men would be charmed by her obvious charms especially in the dress she had on. Paul was not impressed. His tastes these days called for a certain raven-haired beauty with a petite body that fit him to a tee whose curves would be the envy of any Baywatch babe. No plastics or saline in sight, she didn’t need any. That and she had a mind to match that kept him constantly challenged. Michelle also seemed to have a sensuality about her that was innate. Mix that with her innocence and you have one lethal combination that left him sometimes struggling for control when he was with her. He smiled. Thinking the smile was meant for her, Danielle smiled in response. Paul looked away, then asked, “so, who was at the door?” “Oh some Chinese girl, I think, or probably Japanese, I can never tell. Probably looking for your autograph, but she left when I said you were busy.” Danielle said. Paul’s attention was caught when she said “Chinese.” It couldn’t be Michelle, he thought, since she said she would be studying tonight at her dorm. That and “girl” is not really something someone would describe Michelle. She was all woman. He smiled again. Danielle smiled in response again. She sat next to Paul thinking he was glad she got rid of any distractions. She wasn’t afraid to make the first move since she heard Paul was the shy type. She started to get closer to him when the doorbell rang again. Paul jumped up immediately from his chair and excused himself from Danielle. He silently thanked God for the welcome interference. “Paul, it’s probably that girl again. Don’t worry about her.” Danielle said annoyingly while she followed him to the door. “Well then I’ll be able to give her the autograph she requested.” Paul replied. He then opened the door and smiled from ear to ear. “Dan Moriarty am I glad to see you! Come in.” Paul said a little enthusiastically, much to the further annoyance of the lady behind him. “Well that’s a first.” Dan said as he shook Paul’s hand as he stepped inside. He greeted Danielle Rabbe, Jen’s understudy, sort of. Most of the hockey players don’t mind being interviewed by such a lovely young woman, but it seems Paul wasn’t one of those players. He seems to be ready to be rid of her presence. He knew it had to do with someone he almost bumped into outside. “Is Jen coming?” Paul asked. “She’s on her way. We still have to figure out what to do on one of the future Coolshots episode with you and your brother. She has all the ideas usually so we have to wait for her. I apologize for being late. Have you guys eaten?” Dan asked. “No, we were just hanging out in the dining room while waiting for you. Robyn, my chef, prepared a veritable feast. She knew you had a big appetite.” Paul said. The trio decided to wait for Jen, Dan’s co-host, at the living room. Paul decided to sit in one of the wing chairs. Danielle, seeing where Paul was situated, pouted and had no choice but to sit next to Dan on the couch. Dan Moriarty laughed at her expression. She ignored him. He turned his attention to Paul again. “Paul, you’d never guess who I almost bumped into outside.” Dan asked nonchalantly. “If it’s a Chinese girl, don’t bother I already told him. She was just looking for his autograph.” Danielle said. “Girl?!? I’m sorry to disappoint you Danielle, but I believe she was a woman and quite stunning one at that. Besides why would she be looking for his autograph, by the looks of it, you should be asking her for hers instead.” “Why who is she?” Danielle said. “No other than two-time World Champion, Olympic Silver medalist Michelle Kwan. Ahem, THAT Chinese girl. She looked quite preoccupied though so that’s why she didn’t notice me.” Dan said facetiously. “THAT was Michelle Kwan?!? I didn’t know. She didn’t have her skating dress on, so I didn’t recognize her. I was so rude to her. I mean what was she doing visiting Paul’s house?” Danielle said, trying to explain her behavior when Paul looked at her sharply. He then stood up quickly and grabbed his leather jacket and his car keys. He had to find Michelle. He already knew what she would be thinking for he would feel the same way if the situation were reversed. “Go figure. Excuse me Dan, I have something more important to attend to. You can still have your dinner if you don’t mind being without a host. Send my apologies to Jen and reschedule the meeting another time.” Paul said. “HA! So that’s the way the wind blows. I was right. No worries, I’ll tell her. Plus, can’t let all that food go to waste. If you don’t mind, I’ll have my dinner now, I’m starving.” Dan said as he headed to the Dinning room. “Oh, Danielle, are you coming? Forget about him, he seems to be quite taken.” “What does he see in her?” Danielle asked pouting again. “A whole lot more than he sees in you or any other woman for that matter.” Dan said to himself as he surveyed the feast before him. He was going to have a very good dinner indeed. He couldn’t wait to tell Jen what just happened.

He had no idea where she was. He tried to call her cellular phone, but she was not answering. He knew she wouldn’t have made it back to her dorm yet, but decided to call there just in case. “Hello?” “Hi, this is Paul, is Michelle there yet?” Paul asked. “Hey, Paul, no she isn’t yet. Haven’t seen her since we left the frat party.” Michelle’s roommate said. “Frat party? She didn’t tell me she was going to one. I thought she was studying.” Paul said. “Well she was, but she got upset when she saw you being interviewed by that blondie on Coolshots, so she decided to have some fun.” Her roommate said. “Oh great. No wonder she ran. Well, did she have fun? At the party I mean?” “Not really, we both got out of there a few minutes after, not all that was cracked up to be, that and some guy was bothering Michelle. But nothing happened, I assure you.” Her roommate said quickly when Paul shouted “WHAT” that still had her ear ringing. “So you really don’t know where she is?” Paul asked. “No, wait, oh I remember, she said she was going to drive around for a while then go to Disneyland to forget you or something.” Her roommate said. “Thanks,” Paul said then hung up. Disneyland. It’s a big place, but it’s a start. Michelle was sitting on an enlarged teacup. The ride itself was closed, but she had asked permission from the operator to sit there for a while. The park was going to be closing soon, but not after the parade on Main Street was over. The fireworks will signal the closing of the park. The place was pretty deserted since all the people headed to Main Street to find a place to sit to watch the festivities. She enjoyed the peace and quiet but only for a moment because her mind kept remembering the beautiful blond at Paul’s townhouse. She seemed more than eager to make sure she and Paul were alone and she can understand why. Paul wouldn’t say no to a woman like that. He’s a very virile man and wouldn’t have to worry about an irate father the day after. “He was probably bored with you, anyway?” Michelle said out loud as she leaned back and crossed her arms over her chest. “Bored with who?” Michelle literally jumped from her seat when she heard his voice. She looked at Paul. Shock and pleasure written all over her face. She tried to look unaffected. It was hard because he was just so gorgeous standing there by the railing. He had his black leather jacket on over granite colored merino sweater and black pants and black utility oxfords. His spiked hair was blowing slightly in the wind, she felt her fingers curl, wishing it was her hands tussling his hair instead. “How did you find me?” She asked. “Your roommate told me where you were then I just went into Disney’s security office to see if they can find a pouting raven-haired beauty sitting alone somewhere in this vast park. I’m just glad they had cameras stationed all over the place, it was quite easy to locate you then. You didn’t answer my question, Michelle, who’s bored with who?” Paul said as he walked away from the railing and slowly towards the teacup that Michelle was in. She looked around for any escape but then had to ask herself if she really wanted to escape this. She looked at his eyes as he slowly got closer. He looked back intensely, willing her to stay where she was. She couldn’t move even if she tried, that strong was his hold over her. He reached the cup and asked, “may I come in?” “Sure, make yourself comfortable.” Michelle said nervously. “I intend to.” Paul said mysteriously as he sat across from her. An uncomfortable silence followed. Paul could practically feel her nervousness. He hasn’t felt that from her since the Fanfair. He decided to break the ice. He cleared his throat. “You stopped by earlier at my house?” He asked gently. “Yes, no, I mean, I did, but you had company so I left.” Michelle said evasively. “She means nothing to me if it helps.” Paul said. She was bottling up too much inside again. He wanted her to open up. “How can she not, she’s beautiful, she’s tall, obviously well endowed and she seems to worship every word you uttered in the NHL Coolshots interview. And she’s blond and you seem to prefer blonds, like Betty in the Archie Comic books and that model Rebecca Romijn-STAMOS, yes she’s married, but you forgot to include her husbands last name in another interview.” “I take it you don’t worship every word I say anymore.” Paul said smiling as he leaned back and listened to her continue her explanations. “Then that woman, in her skintight dress, had the audacity to ask if I wanted your autograph? If I waved my Disney contract in her face I bet she’d take it and have you sign it without batting an eye and never figure out who I am. She practically held your door like she owned the whole house. If I wasn’t so nice, I would have, would have…” “Would have what?” Paul asked amused. “Let me think about that for a while.” Michelle said fuming. “You are TOO nice, that’s one of the things I love about you. You always have positive things to say about everybody, even your fiercest competitor.” Paul said candidly. “So she IS my competition?” Michelle asked, still not sure if she could trust Paul’s use of “love.” “Michelle, to me she is a distant pewter, forget pewter, she doesn’t even make it past the qualifying round in this competition. As far as I’m concerned you are platinum to me. As for the competition, if there ever was one, it was over the moment I set my eyes on you.” As he said this he moved closer to Michelle. She couldn’t take her eyes of his. Tears were starting to form in her eyes. She tried to stop them, one escaped, but Paul caught it with his thumb as his hands brushed her soft cheek. He then lowered his face to kiss her slowly and softly. She responded and it became a deeper kiss. She shivered. Paul felt it and lifted his face. “You’re cold,” he said as removed his jacket and draped it over her shoulder. She thanked him. He knew her shivering wasn’t about the cold ‘cause he was burning up himself. With his jacket covering her, it would be less of a temptation for him.

Michelle asked quietly. “No, why should I, our conversations are always intelligent, I love being challenged by your questions and I don’t have to worry about explaining skate edges to you.” Paul said “She asked that? Oh, one of the Coolshots episodes again, nevermind. What I meant was, bored with me in the sense that we can’t really do much beyond kissing else my father will come knocking down your door. I mean, I am sure that lady would have more than welcomed you into her arms.” Michelle said hurriedly before looking away. “You think I would have slept with Danielle if the situation was right? Michelle, I would never do that. First of all, that was a business meeting, Dan and Jen were supposed to be there but they were late. Secondly, I would never consent to that even if she offered because I’m yours and that would be a serious lapse in my faithfulness. That and I don’t even find her charms all that impressive.” Paul said. “But you’re a man, all men respond to Pamela Anderson Lee bodies.” Michelle continued. “I can’t believe we are even having this argument. She’d be absolutely jealous of your body because you’re all real. You have a sensual innocence about you that drives me insane and I get extremely jealous ‘cause I know that every man that sees you skate, sees it too and wants what’s mine.” Paul said. Michelle was speechless. “I don’t know what to say.” Michelle said. “Say thank you.” Paul said. “Thanks…by the way, I get extremely jealous too, it’s the reason why where in this predicament in the first place.” “I know. Well, serves me right I guess, I acted the same way a couple of weeks back with that Tim guy. Which reminds me, your roommate said you went to a frat party?” Paul asked. Michelle groaned. “Well, seeing you getting cozy with that Danielle woman on TV made me want to do something drastic. It was a big mistake. The place was crowded, everybody was drinking and the guys only had one thing on their mind.” Michelle explained. “That’s what I was afraid of, did any guy touch you?” Paul asked angrily. “No, well, one guy pinched me and I got mad at him then my roommate called him a jerk and dragged me away. End of story.” Michelle said hurriedly. “He touched your As…” “PAUL!!! Well he pinched it, I didn’t invite him to, it took me by surprise and I told you my roommate and I left soon after.” Michelle said trying to calm him. “I was going to say assets. Just give me the name of the guy, I’ll have Stu and some of the guys shake him up a bit.” The captain in Paul Kariya decided to assert itself. “No thanks, Paul, I think the guy was drunk anyway and wouldn’t remember. Besides, my roommate’s friends probably took care of him. They saw what happened.” Michelle said calmly. “And by the way, are you getting your costumes cut higher? I could have sworn that your Hands costume is showing more of your assets than usual. On top and on the bottom.” Paul said, a bit of jealousy tinting his voice.” “Paul, we spoke about that before I set of for the competition in Kennewick, Washington back in December. Why bring it up now.” Michelle said, sighing. “I knew I should have asked you to model it before you left that day, you could have even skated at Disney Ice after our practice. And we didn’t talk about the high cut of your bloomers either,” Paul said pouting a bit. Michelle laughed, a little bit surprised about the sudden turn their conversation took. “Paul, your teammates are already tripping over themselves as soon as they see us together, imagine if they got to see what they saw on TV of me in my costume up close and personal.” Michelle explained. “Then they’d answer to me and I would never allow them to get up close or personal.” Paul said heatedly. “Well, if it helps any, you are the inspiration for my costumes.” Michelle said teasingly. “Great, next time remind me to inspire you to wear a nun’s habit instead.” Paul bluntly answered. Michelle laughed out loud. She couldn’t help it. She likes it when he gets quite possessive. She feels the same way with him. She touched Paul’s forehead hoping to straighten out the worry lines that formed there. He looked at her, his anger fading. This time she initiated their kiss and he was more than glad to follow. It would have gone on longer, but the fireworks signaling the end of the parade started. Paul and Michelle reluctantly separated and both looked up to drink in the sight of the fireworks at display. They stayed there sitting close to each other, at peace despite the noise above them. When the fireworks was over, both stood up and walked arm in arm towards the monorail to have dinner at the Disneyland hotel. Michelle turned and looked at Paul while they were waiting for a private table to be prepared for them. “What is it?” Paul asked, a smile lighting his face. “I’m just thinking that it turned out to be a beautiful night after all.” Michelle said smiling in return. “I totally agree.” Paul said. Without missing a beat, he added, “Any night with you would be beautiful.” ~The End~

I know this is fiction but damn you write so well it feels real. I find myself picturing the teacups and their scene together. Then I find myself thinking "no wonder the dude has been so hot on the ice". Now I'm laughing cause it's just my fantasy. All these wonderful stories remind me of my romance novel days. I used to devour those things. Regarding Phillippe and his bare chest: yuck Sorry to offend anyone but it's never been even a slight turn-on for me. Watched the Japan Open tonight and thought Oksana Kazakova's back made Phillippe look like a fatty. Between her and Michelle, wow if my body could come close to looking that good... Regarding the thread from that other board. I will call that person a liar, littlepebbles1 you're too kind. It's was mentioned in 97/98 that Mr. Kwan enjoyed his cigarettes, so what. But I will not believe that 6.0 is puffing anything unless I see it. It's never been discussed before, so it would have to be something she recently started, and I just don't buy it. I smoked for many years, and used to teach aerobics and run 20-30 miles a week while I was smoking. From what I've seen a smoker will quit for their health and/or athletics, but a very athletic person (like our 6.0) will not start smoking. Just blow that rumor off. :-) Sorry this wasn't all BFFF related but I just wanted to put in my two cents. Mano thanks for the info on the ducks, keep it coming. We were in a slump but I think were starting to kick it up. 5 out of a possible 6 points, on the road, against 3 good teams is the way to start. Now on to Philly!!

Yes Mano that did answer my question, the reason I asked is because I saw a message on one of the boards posting a link here. Refresh my memory, who exactly are Betty and Veronica? Regarding rssif, I have a question for all of you that go there. Whenever I go there I can never quite figure it out and end up leaving with a headache after reading only a few messages...it is confusing to anyone else? I really hope its not just me. Any pointers on how to navigate around there?

Congratulations to Paul Kariya for winning the individual puck control? contest.He scored 1 point for N. Am team, but in the end the world team won 13 to 11. There was a photo shoot of PK with some other all stars on a frozen pond. He was trying to balance/bounce the puck off a hockey stick, #9 must have been playing golf with 008. When it comes to bouncing something off the end of a stick/golf club shape thing, I think my vote will go to...... LP what is your email, or how do I get to your mailing list? I can tell you about the community golf course and the country club. Eilaram, rssif could be confusing to read b/c most of the time when a thread is started e.g. on Judy Garland's dog, and end up with discussion about the republican primary, not that bad. I think it is good to choose so short nice thread to read first, e.g. there is one there about MK's spiral. I think posters have to posting there for YEARS, they almost have their own culture and lingo. Imagine someone try to read BFFF w/o the intro material that is provided above. But we do have a chance to read Morry, loosemore, hazen, and some f.s. judges. I lurk more than post, but when and if I post I am ready to back up what I say, people there could confrontational.

We are die hard romantics here in Beefer land. LP, I was going to email you about community golf course and country club, but decided to just mention it a bit here. It is just my way of working out some frustration about the chilling relationshionship between fans of MK and .... I think MK forum is like a community golf course, BTW, Tiger grew up playing in community golf courses, and not country clubs. I got this idea b/c we are not an official site for Mk, and we are all here b/c we love her. some community golf courses are very good, e.g. every year I believe a community golf course in Chicago host the PGA event the Western Open. It takes a lot of effort from people who love golf , and that golf course to pull it off. Unlike country clubs that have more $ and resources. BTW, Tiger Woods, and other skater(s) have official websites managed by professional people, so I joke that their web sites/message boards are country clubs. By no means I am putting down athletes who have official webs managed by professional people, b/c Tiger has one. I just love Mk forum so much. Can you imagine we are in the EZ board showcase? Can you imagine how hard Heather and Jenny work on this. And Heather updates her site often, sometimes twice a day, she does not get paid. It is all just for the love of MK. I am really drifting off topic. I think a lot of fans need some sort of humor thing to fall back on when things are too heated. I have my community golf course metaphor here, or the Duck suit metaphor when things gets too bad at fsw. Tara fans have their death star. Talking about rssif, just curious to know more about their hot tub. It seems to serve the same purpose my community golf course and duck metaphor, but a bit steamier.

Where in tarnation did you guys get the idea that I was hubby hunting. I thought Chemy was the hubby hunter. She's the one searching for a sweetypie. Me I'm fed up with guys here in NYC, I always find something wrong about them as usual. Methinks I'm too picky...that or that oath to stay single until MK and PK get hitched to each other is getting in the way of my love-life, ahahahaha!!! Anywho, have 2000 NHL All-Star game in my possession. Loved Teemu and PK's interview, nice silver shirt that featured some nice pecs on PK, I say (from the Skills comp on Saturday). Also loved the outtakes from the Pond with PK, Lindros, Bure, Gretzky, Jagr, Howe, and Super Mario. I think the intermission was the only thing worth watching in today's broadcast. As for the game, OY, I thought I was watching the Ducks being beat up by the Redwings, that's how bad the North American team was (no offense Ducks). Final scored 8-4 in favor of the World. PK, no goals nor assist.

Mano, I am in between comnmercial breaks for the football pro bowl. Too bad I just watched the 3rd period of all star game, but did pop in a tape to record the fluff piece at the end. Have to admit Kariya is looking better everytime he is on tv, love that maroon color shirt he wears today, have to say he is the best colored cordinated and handsome player in that fluff piece, BTW Lindros looks good too. Sigh...... Sundays ought to be 008 wearing red sitting on top of leader board time, I guess not today, he is no where near that. BTW did anyone check out the thread in MK chat about music cds that we have on MK programs? Someone thought Joshua Bell would be a good future bf for MK. Bell is very handsome, sensitive, bright and one of the best violinist of the young generation. He is also 12 - 13 years older than MK.
