Heart Request Your EWBank MK Calendar Here! NON MEMBERS WELCOME - Eighth cycle (50) open! Get your second calendar :)

I've decided to open up the ordering of calendars to everyone now The original thread announcing the calendars can be found here: http://mkforum.net/forum/showthread.php?t=9598

UPDATED: 03/27/2006 This update opens up second requests up to 5 calendars per request per person.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! : ) IF YOU DO NOT READ CAREFULLY, YOU MAY MISS SOMETHING AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELAYED OR IGNORED. CALENDARS are US$6 DOLLARs each.

First Cycle: - 50 (43 currently completed, 2 international orders sent out, waiting on 2 more international orders)
Second cycle: 25 (18 sent out)
Third cycle: 25 (16 sent out)
Fourth cycle: 25 (9 sent out)
Fifth cycle: 50 (3 sent out)
Sixth cycle: 50 (12 sent out)
    Seventh cycle: 50
Eighth cycle: #s of calendars in this cycle - 50

Due to the # of calendars (currently ~ 500) there are and the sheer #s of people who are interested in the calendars, I will be doing increments by whatever I see fit.

    Process:

    1. Go to the following URL: http://mkforum.net/calendar/request.php. Only request through that page. I have received payments without an official request and it confuses the heck out of me when I go look the order up. PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PAGE CAREFULLY. Remember that requests are only submitted during an open cycle.

    2. I will be charging $6 s&h per calendar and be sending the calendar priority mail. Whatever left over will just go towards the forum. SEND ME your payment when you put in your request. This will help speed up the process.

    3. You will then receive an automated response with just how much to pay and where.

*Note If Sending by Check or Money Order:
Expect a Delay. Expect 2-3 mailing days for your check to arrive at Anna's PO Box. Then another couple of days for her to check it (excluding weekends - that could be up to four days). Then another 2 days for her to mail it to me so I receive your check and finally, 2-3 days for your calendar to be sent out. It could be an estimated up to two weeks before you will actually receive your calendar. If you live on the east coast, it will most likely take even longer. Also, note that Anna will not send me checks if she only sees two or three checks in her PO box. She will wait until there is a bigger batch of checks because that is more efficient and makes more sense.

    International Orders:
If any of you do NOT live in USA and want a calendar, please e-mail me with the subject: "International Order Calendar Request". If you do NOT title your email/request with the subject heading as noted, I may miss the e-mail as I receive quite a lot of e-mail through my MKF account. Include your full address, and your PHONE NUMBER. This is required for Global Priority Mail online and helps speed up the process a lot.

    Donators:
Please continue to use the process outlined in this thread to send in requests.

    One problem:
I also have one problem. Only 500 of the calendars came with envelopes. So there are several hundred missing envelopes. The size of the calendars are 12x12. The envelopes that came with them are 13x13. Can anyone suggest any envelopes that will fit the calendar snuggly but comfortably? I've searched around but could only find calendar cardboard envelopes. Any suggestions?

    Send a Thank You Note:
When you have received your calendar, please try and send East West Bank a thank you note for being so gracious. Their address:

    East West Bank
    Attn: Marketing Department
    415 Huntington Drive
    San Marino, CA 91108

If anyone else has any comments or questions NOT outlined in this post or on the requests page, feel free to respond and I will answer. Otherwise if they ARE outlined in this post, your question/comment might not get answered. Thank you to everyone for your patience in my slowness in getting these calendars mailed out : )

    Many Thanks!
    ~Grace

Do we pay when we sign up, or when we hear from you? I'm doing PayPal, so can do it anytime, but I was a little unclear about that part.

Thanks to all of you working so hard on this project.

Do they fit in the priority mail envelopes from the Post Office? These are provided free by the USPS.

Calendars do not fit in Priority Mail envelopes. I tried this at Christmas when sending out a few calendars.

Places that sell calendars also sold decorative envelopes for calendars, but I don't know if they are sturdy enough for mailing or if you can find 300 anywhere.

Just want to remind people to completely read Grace's post. Some of the questions posted in the thread are in that first post.

    Weepy Calendars

I hope I can eventually get in because every time I go to the site, it says there's already been 50! I will be so upset if I don't get one? Last night I was up till after midnight, and was looking for the announcement and I couldn't find it and thought I had totally lost out. So hopefully one of these times I will be among a 50 group!

    Grace,

Perhaps you can mail a batch (50 or 100 or 150) to one of the other moderators or a member who would volunteer to help send out these calenders. Its an awfully big job for just one member. I would certainly volunteer to help out. It would speed up the process and it would be nice for everyone who wants to use the 2006 calender for as much of 2006 as possible. What do you think?
