mms://211.220.195.199/tvlive (Pete, someone on FSU, confirmed by Michellieane) This seems to work for mac users. Also, a member PMed me today and I suggested downloading/opening Windows Media Player and pasting the link in "Open URL". They were delighted! (I'm a computer geek, who knew?)

(Michelleiane says) On the left side of the web page, scroll up, down, through, or whatever you need to call it on Korean channels list that is placed right above the windows media player and choose #006 TJB, #15 CJB, #019 KBC, or #031 TBC. They are all the same SBS channel, just in different regions of the country.

http://www.tvants.com/ (from Pete) I can’t find Pete’s instructions, so I’ll paraphrase: Go to the site and download the software from the alternate link at the top of the page (the link was in English when I was there – the rest of the site in Korean). After downloading, open the program and search for “KBS”, then choose appropriate KBS option(s) that appear. This did not work for me at all the first time, but will try again.
Now I'm off to test all of these - please post your own results so we all can breakfast with the Kween LIVE! As I get results, and as others post alternate methods, I'll edit this post with new info so everything is right here.

mms://211.220.195.199/tvlive - I'm streaming this right now and it's AOK (wish for higher quality, but whatever). BTW, I'm running Windows Vista, preferred browser Flock. This stream is running in Windows Media Player right now. I believe I will leave this one streaming until 2014.
//www.cdmatv.com/e/ - nothing happens in Flock. Opened in Internet Explorer 8, lots of clicking (enable popups, activeX controls, misc BS), no connection yet. Something might be happening...I HEAR SOUND! It's working - channel 006. This is exactly the same channel as the mms link above...quality and full screen better with the mms link. Trying another channel...no other channels working right now. KTV produced snow - no promise of Winter
daum - can't make hide nor hare of how this site works. Frankly, my dear, I don't give a daum!
tvants - I've tried this one over and over...I think you have to buy something to make this one work. All I've ended up with is tvants in my pants.
Conclusion: the mms link! It's still running 4 me! Alternate is cdmatv channel 006 (hasn't reloaded yet from my previous attempt, but hoping). And, BTW, Michelle is so awesome I could pee!

FINAL ANSWER: mms link is best quality and streaming right now (lost it for a while, but is back, baby!). I believe this is KNN, per Michelleiane. Also still streaming KBS1 and KBS2 through
