The problems will disappear given another day. I never announced yesterday that we were moving from our virtual private server to a fully dedicated server because I did not think we would run into any problems. But due to the fact that I had to reregister our nameservers with new IP addresses I guess we are experiencing some problems.
Since we were pointing at one IP address yesterday, and we're pointing at another IP address today, these changes take a while to propogate. So we're looking at 24 hours. We shouldn't have any more problems tomorrow. So images (this includes avatars) sometimes are pointing at the old IP Address, and some of the functions (like posting, private messaging, duplicates) are pointing to the old server - which is why everything isn't working completely correctly. It's in limbo - some are updated, some aren't.
If you go to 70.86.167.212 - that is our old server IP address - the board is still there.
However, it's currently pointing to 70.84.135.202 - which is our new server IP address - and you don't see anything. It will appear after 24 hours. I don't know if what I have said made any sense at all. Our nice web host actually made it so both the old and the new place are pointing to the same database - so everything isn't lost and is as transparent as possible as our domain propogates from the old to the new.
Again, sorry for all the confusion. I wasn't sure what was going to happen during the move which is why I didn't announce it on the board that we were moving to a new dedicated server. So now I've announced it now.
