Time stamp on posts

I tried to find the answer in the Admin section but didn't see it.

The time stamp on my posts is an hour later than I actually posted. Is there something else I need to do besides selecting Eastern in my control panel?

I see the same thing is the case with me, it's an hour ahead. This just started happening because when I was on earlier this evening, it was fine. The time has always been right before? I don't know what's wrong, I'm sorry. I even tried playing with the time settings, but nothing is changing it. Hopefully it'll fix itself or we'll have to look into it more.

My post was time stamped at the current time, while people whom I quoted were posted at a later time stamp, later than it really was.

iloveskating-Weird, very weird. (I obviously don't know what's going on there.) It seems to be back to the right time now.
