Help with logging on, please!

Yes, I tried the log in key -- didn't work. I'm not recognized! Just wrote a second email to ezboard. This time they say that "FlashOBlue" doesn't exist and that I am "FlashOBlue8." Don't know where that came from. When I log in with the latter I get a message that says I must be a registered user to log in!

FlashOBlue, I had a similar problem a month ago and I never did find out how to fix it. I registered under a new login name and password because I was getting frustrated. I posted in the forum feedback section and Heather said something about being a global user vs a local user. She also recommended me to try to login from the main screen of MKF and see if it makes a difference. I would recommend you post in the forum feedback section also in case the moderators haven't seen this. They may know what is going on.

The same problem has been happening to me. I have been working with some guy named Joey at the Ezboard place, and he tested my user name and password, and was able to make it work, but this morning all the ezboards I checked out were just gibberish. I have heard from 2 other posters having the same or similar problems, i.e. can post or can't log on.
So it's not you - and it's not a conspiracy (joke:). Hopefully they are starting to take note of the problem.

eta: If you still can't get on, follow their complaint instructions. It wasn't fast, but they did get back to me.

EZ Board fixed my log in! Yeah! They also said that EZ Board was having all kinds of problems this week. I'm glad to be back!
