Anyone read with Oprah?

Will any of you be reading with Oprah this summer? I often had a negative reaction to the books she picks, but I loved last season's read. This summer she's reading three of Faulkner's pieces: As I Lay Dying, The Sound and the Fury and Light in August.

Think I should give it a go?

YESS!!!!!! Sound and the Fury is the best best best book ever!!!



I first read it in highschool when I was a sophmore and I've read it about 5 times since and it's a great book -- one of those books that gets better each and every time you read it. I highly recommend it!

I read Anna Karenina last summer. I'm thinking about reading the second two books of the three Faulkner selections, however I'm not sure I can handle another summer of "hard core" reading. I'll probably stick with Harry Potter this summer, and other light literature. ;)
