Nicole's spiral was great. I think she qualifies for the skater with the most unfulfilled potential. :(

Anyway, I also gave my vote to Michelle but Nicole is right up there. And if Sasha would hold hers more than a millisecond, it would seriously rival Michelle's in my opinion. Although I'd still probably go with Michelle! :)

I picked Michelle Kwan. She has had just such a beautiful spiral for so long and she's still going strong.I must admit that those other ladies have beautiful spirals as well (but not as much as Michelle!) Also I think Sarah Hughes has a wonderful spiral.

Michelle has the spirals that make people stand up and cheer. I also remember Nicole Bobek's spirals. Nicole's extension was superb but I forgot how long she held her spirals and if she had any good edging.

Definately Michelle Kwan hands down, because she holds it so long and she has such control when switching from an inside to an outside edge and great extension. But Nicole and Sasha come very close.

MK is so beautiful held longest and hardest but Bobek, the honorable mention, has a great spiral and what makes it even better is that she is tall and has long legs so it looks even bigger. I will never forget the spiral Bobek did in 98 nationals long. Unbelievable.

this might sound too critical, but I think that sasha cohens spiral is just a little too high. The leg looks more graceful when it isn't at such a straight angle. Michelle gives it that perfect look. Sasha Cohens Charlotte spiral is awesome, but she doesn't add anything like Michelle does. Michelle fans her hand out in front. She just has that extra polish that makes her the best, hands down, in the spirals.
