I went with Michelle & Irina (although Alexi and Plushy's is considered a very heated rivalry)

I don't consider Michelle & Tara a rivalry anymore, but it certainly was the rivalry of its time ;)

I didn't vote for Tara and Michelle because I think that's the past. I also didn't vote for Michelle and Irina, because I don't really think of Irina as a rival. IMO, she wasn't any more of a rival than Maria was last season. Although Irina is more of a challenge technically, I didn't really think of it as a rivalry.
Maybe this season that'll change though?

If "best" means most friendly, I'd go with MK and Irina.

If "best" means most-enduring historically, I'd go with the Brians.

If "best" means the biggest political/personality clash, I'd say the Battle of the Carmens in 1988, Debi and Katarina.

Currently,it has to be Yagudin vs Plushenko on the international scene. Kirk vs Cohen could become good.All 4 skaters present a good mixture of art and athletics.Michelle and Tara were wonderful when they dueled for two seasons as ISU topcats,but that is part of the past.If you want to do a greatest ever rivalry gizmo poll,Albright vs Heiss was beyond anything we've seen in the newer era.
