I enjoy wearing dresses in the spring & summer, but hate to in the cold of winter.

ITA with amethyst--I'm usually freezing. I'd much rather wear nice warm pants and sweathsirts.

special occasions and onstage only; too much trouble otherwise. Because it's not just about actually wearing the dress, it's about finding hose that aren't run, finding the right shoes and bag, sitting just so, walking just so, praying the wind isn't blowing hard, that it isn't 100 degrees or raining, bitter cold, etc., etc.

I never wear dresses, never in a million year. because my legs has too many scars from playing sports to look pretty in dresses.

Never in my whole life do I like to wear dresses.... when I was a kid I used to, but now it's ick!
