Music ideas!

Hey does anyone have any good ideas for skating music for me? I was going to attempt 'East of Eden' but after Nationals I was like 'NO WAY!!! That's way too sacred". Now I have my eye on 'Gladiator' music.

I'm DETERMINED to get a program choreographed before this school year is over!

--anything Beatles...they are great!
--There is some really beuatiful Irish music I have called "Celtic Rapsody". I do skating programs in the livingroom to it all the time! I don't know if you've heard of it but it's track no. 1! I think the composer is Seamus Brull? I know it's Seamus B... something.

Depending on if you are a male or female, lyrical skater or powerful skater. I am gussing that you are a female, since you like East of Eden. Gladiator is a very masculine music. But "Now We Are Free" from Gladiator is just a beautiful piece, the problem is that it's vocal.

You can try the soundtrack theme from The Great Whales by Lee Holdridge, who also composed East of Eden. If you like East of Eden, you'd probably like this one too =)

No, I thought "East of Eden" was very flowing and would allow me to work on line and edgework and grace. That's why I liked it, but it's not really my style.

Gladiator is more my style.

oh ok... i was pretty sure you weren't female, but i don't know if you would like this music... if you want something that's original and is sort of flowing (if you do want to work on that) i would suggest music from erin brockovich. it's really cool music and i wanted to use it, but my choreography coach said i was too hard to cut. which program is it for? (what level, i mean.) depending on the length, you might not need to cut it. gladiator is cool though! maybe yous should go with that.
