Can someone explain the difference between an arabian, a butterfly, and a death drop? And how you can recognize them apart during a skate.

well... a death drop takes off on a forward outside edge. You then kick your right leg forward [unless you are a lefty] and kick the opposite leg back in the air. Then you land in a back sitspin.
A butterfly is usually taken off from an inside edge. You first kick your leg back instead of front as you do a death drop. you continue by kicking your other leg back and at the end, some people dont do a sitspin
An arabian is basically the same thing as a butterfly. The differece is that you can take off from your toepick as some skaters do.
