Michelle like many people I wonder why you stay in competition, but not because I want you to leave only because I can't believe how much malice you have to put up with.
All this week I have read reporters and fans giving you such a hard time. The usual crowd has said the usual negative things, and through it all you kept your head down and kept skating. I could never deal so well with so much negativity, I admire you so much for that.
Thank you Michelle for never letting the punks get you down. Thank you Michelle for going out and skating your heart out, even when the deck seems stacked against you. Thank you for being such a beacon of grace and dignity in this far too negative world.
