You never know, it might have helped. *Sometimes* a distraction like that can get rid of nervousness and take the edge off. Either way, Michelle is so solid. After the boot incident at '01 Worlds, I'm convinced you just can't shake Michelle.

Was that what was painted on his chest and back? I was trying to read it but couldn't decipher it. Plus why did he choose to do it at that time?? Was he trying to faze Michelle?

That's the part I'm curious about, why he did it when Michelle was about to skate. Thank goodness he didn't run out there when she was in the middle of her program! I don't even want to think what about that!
