I saw MK's TV ad for East-West Bank

While I was flipping channel, I saw a TV commercial of the East-West Bank. It is something a MKF dreamed of: a long half of it is celebrating MK's achievement with beautiful clips of her skating. It was done beautifully!

Of course I was mesmerizing so I can't remember all details. It is on an ethnic channel, long enough to be at least a minute long and it is not in English (I think, not sure, that proves how mesmerized I was), and she did not say a thing. It is aired by channel 8 (cable) of SF south bay around 12:50pm.

Please discard if someone has already posted the same information.

I just went to the EastWestBank.com web site and they show that you can join something called the Excellence Club and get East West Ice Palace skating ticket, fleece blanket, specially designed Michelle Kwan checks, savings account passbook, debit car, poster and 2006 wall calendar.

Unfortunately, the small print says in order to qualify you have to have one 12 month CD account with a $10,000 opening balance in addition to an EastWest checking or saving account.

I just saw it. It has Michelle talking I guess about her parents over her skating clips, with Chinese captions. I was too busy going "oh! oh! darn it, play it again so I can tape it!" to get a better description. But I'll definitely try to get it recorded.

Icare - the first time I saw it around 5:30pm, the second time around 9:30pm.

Thanks mkjsdp. :) That's not *her* talking though about her parents and such in English though, right? I mean, it certainly doesn't sound like her.

The commercials shows all the cool stuff you get by being in the Excellence club. Ugh, no fair, I really want those checks and stuff. ;) And how cool to go to a bank and see that large poster for Michelle. ;)

I haven't seen the TV ad but they play the radio ad here all the time. I'll try to transcribe it if I am armed with pencil and paper when it comes on.

Michelle says something about "There's no such thing as perfection."

Apparently she's never seen herself skate :) .
