Oh Heather, you did TOO well. I ordered way too much...so...

Everybody, order a bunch, let's get that price down! You can use these for all sorts of stuff! Put one on every outfit so you never have to wonder "where's my pin?". Throw them into the toll booth. Wear a set as earrings. Cluster several as a smart booch. Pierce your tongue and put one there. Make a gown out of several thousand of them to wear to a MKF luncheon. Offer them as bribes, i.e. "Chipso, if you make the pepper stop dancing, the keychain is yours!". Let's go, people, order, order, order!

We're only two days in, and looking good so far. :) We should definitely get to 200 pin orders (only about 20 away from that next price range), and we have the minimum 100 for both keychains and lanyards. I know a few people have said they would order more if the price goes down, so if we get to the next price range, I will post a notice about that in this thread.

BTW, just so people don't worry about not getting an e-mail in response yet, you won't be receiving an e-mail back after sending your preorder until after preorders are closed. At that point, we'll be calculating exactly what you owe, and *then* you will be e-mailed. This will be a few days after August 1 (we'll post when the invoices are being e-mailed out.)

Therefore, please do not e-mail a preorder twice. We're using this to get an *exact* count of what we need to order.

I ordered a few extra. These items will make great stocking stuffers this Christmas!!

About a week in, here's the latest update:

We are about 40 pins away from making it to the 300 pin level, so we should make that (which would make each pin $1.70.)

We are less than 20 away from making it to the 200 keychain level, so we should make that as well.

With a week left, we *might* make it to the 250 level for lanyards, but I'm not as positive on that.

For a stat that is interesting to I'm sure no one but me, for a while, there were more lanyards ordered than keychains, then they were running neck and neck, and now keychains are once again in the lead. ;)

If you know someone who hasn't been on the forum during the summer, and you think they may want to order, please let them know about this.

Sorry it took a while to respond, it's been a wacky couple of days!

We're about 50 from getting to next level for lanyards. They were being ordered at about the same pace as keychains, but the last few days, they started falling behind.

We've officially gone over 300 pins! Woohoo everyone!!
