I'm a little sad....

...that we haven't heard anything from Michelle regarding the personal messages, Ruby earrings and flowers we sent her. I'm sure she's busy, but I wish she'd acknowledge the gesture we made here at the MKForum, not to mention the incredible effort Jenny did in organizing the whole project.
You'd think we'd of heard something by now?

Please don't be sad! We all know how busy she is. I believe that she is taking some time (when she has any! ;) ) To think of an appropriate way to show her appreciation to us. I don't think she would settle for anything half done! In my many wild imaginings, I think about her doing a fluff piece and showing off the earrings and thanking us there! Wouldn't that be something???? :) Keep your chin up!

I'm as anxious as you are to know 100% positive that Michelle received everything, but we just need to be a little patient. Michelle is hard at work on all her new programs for next season and is also taking summer sessions at UCLA... I'm sure we'll hear something eventually when she has time. :)

I was wondering if we could tip off one of the TV commentators about what was done for her to see if they might pick up on it in one of their fluff pieces this fall. It would be a great way for them to tie into the "returning world champ's solid base of fan support..." when kicking off the new season.

I'm also wondering about whether Michelle received our gift or not, but like many of you said, she's probably really busy. Wouldn't it be cool if she thanked us at the kiss and cry area? You know how she always says messages to her family, like I love you Karen, Ron, etc.? I was thinking maybe she'll say to us: "Thanks everyone at the Michelle Kwan Forum for the beautiful ruby earrings and tulips!". I also like the idea of the fluff piece too. :)
