Thanks for the alert.

I enabled my PM and sent you a message. Since I have never dealt with something like this before, I just contacted the legal department of EZ Board to see what I can do about having that website removed. In addition, I reported this as abuse to Freewebs where the site was built.

You can PM me back if there is anything else I need to do. I am not sure what the "mole" is trying to accomplish.

Also, now that I have this information, since MKF is "family" and kids might see this, would you remove the link from your post? I don't mind the other adults here having a good laugh at me, but I don't want Heather to have to deal with any more complaints.

She has too much to deal with already. Thanks.

Ginny, thank you for reporting this to ezboard legal. I did the same yesterday, and since I had filed a complaint the last time, I asked Mr. DeMello to please ban this person's IP this time, and do a trace to determine who's behind "deep throat".

Ophelia, and Ginny, I've done the same thing. This person is violating terms of use and the fact that MKF is now involved does not look good. I don't think Deepthroat has the best interest of this forum in mind at all, in fact it seems they're just trying to create trouble for both boards. By having links here and letting them stay up, MKF is endorsing what Deepthroat is doing.

I noticed that the website is no longer there, but I saved the URL and have a ticket number with EZ Board.

I have PM enabled, so if you wish to address this further there, let's go that route, unless there is a compelling reason to post about it here.

Goodness knows, as I mentioned before, Heather has enough to deal with. I am wondering if she has any hair left at all or if she has pulled it all out by now. :\

Ginny, I tried to post this in other threads, but I wanted to let you know that I will miss your posting at PITI. You showed a great sense of humor. I will try to stay in touch with you here.
