One of the first MKF rules is no board dragging. With all the recent posts about PITI, especially talking about what goes on in a *private* section of their forum (posting threads from private boards is against Ezboard rules), this rule is being broken again and again. Please stop talking about what goes on elsewhere (not just PITI.) I hate that I've been giving out warnings left and right recently, but there you go, that's your warning. If you bring up what goes on in a private board in the future, don't be surprised if you are banned.

I also want to thank everyone who has e-mailed/PMed my yesterday. I wasn't online yesterday (not because of the forum, I was at a concert, LOL, having *fun*), but I'll try to get back to all of you when I get a chance.

Once again, if you are interested in becoming a moderator, feel free to send me a message. You know I've been sharing about how trying moderating the forum has been recently. I want to make it clear that this is not because of one event. There have been 2 or 3 large issues and a bunch of little ones over the last year (thankfully for the majority of the forum, some of this has taken place away from MKF itself.) It just all adds up. This isn't supposed to be a job for me. I also have to say that 95% of you guys have been just awesome. It's because of you that I haven't cracked earlier. ;) It's the majority of MKFers who act responsibly that has kept this forum running.

Heather, I feel bad that you have to deal with all the problems and that it's become a "job". I really really appreciate all you do here on the forum and on your awesome website. I don't feel I'm on here enough or read every thread were I would feel comfortable being a moderator. I would nominate GinnySmith and kwanette if they are willing though :) . Here's wishing it becomes *fun* again for you :D !

Uh--Sharon thanks for the nomination, but I wouldn't take Heather's "moderator job" if they offered me a million dollars!

By the way, Heather, I believe perhaps you should post this alert as a "sticky" topic at the top of all of MKF Forum sections. The newer and younger posters may not visit Feedback or understand this rule yet. Just a suggestion.

I dont think anyone should be "nominated", if someone wants to take on the responsiblility just email Heather. As long it is a fairminded person, then I am sure they will do a great job.

ps I wouldnt want to take on the task either, too much like having kids. :lol

Heather you have done a wonderful job and I hope you understand and realize just how much you are appreciated :)

I agree with Beegirl being a moderator isn't easy. My heart aches for all moderators and what they have to put up with every day.

Heather you totally rach :)

I've received PMs/e-mails from several forum members volunteering to be moderators. I will try to decide by sometime this weekend how to go about it, the number, whether they should moderate the whole board or just parts, etc. I've responded to all the PMs, but not to the e-mails yet. I will be letting you know when I have more details. I want to thank everyone who has volunteered so far, and if anyone still wants to, just let me know.

Sorry you've had difficulties on the board. This is a great site and I really enjoy being a part of it.
