If they are for your own use (i.e. personal enjoyment) then you may print/download and save them. However, if you are going to display them somehow in public (like a web page) it's important that you get permission from the owner of the picture and then give credit to them.

Take a look at Heather's Michelle Kwan page. It's a very good example of how to respect copyright.
