10. Oh, the LP was tonight?

9. Got distracted watching grass grow on the moon.

8. Had a hang nail.

7. Finally realized that after 18 years she has been confusing figure skating with a real sport.

6. Got detained in an intense therapy session trying to figure out why others can get by without 3/3s, with cheated jumps, less than required revolutions on spins, traveling spins, lack of edges, flutzes as large as Alaska, and she gets nailed for supposedly running a few seconds long in her SP.

5. Got lost wandering the desert looking for the spark she supposedly lacked in Nagano.

4. She confused herself with Kristi Yamaguchi and thought she had already won the OGM and didn't need to skate anymore.

3. She lost track of time picking out new collars for Tofu and Ginseng.

2. She finally decided to live the dream that there is more to life than a triple lutz.

And, finally the number 1 reason to skip the LP at the 2004 Worlds......ta da.....


1. She decided to move into the Turino Olymipc Village NOW, to diffuse any potential criticism of her whereabouts during the 2006 Olympic Games....
