Since the section for a central graphics / wallpapers thread has not been made yet (we're waiting to have a good name for it.. yes, we are that silly - and Jenny is the only one who can create it [ next to Heather ] ) I think it would be a good idea to put all the links to new wallpapers and graphics created here in the meantime. I've seen this done on other boards and it works pretty well. Also, people can find all their graphic needs here without missing any that they might have missed.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love seeing all these wallpapers! I change my desktop background at least once every week LOL. I kind of collect wallpapers (I have at least 50 saved in a folder, and at least 45 are MK related).

Luv your friendship banner, Vocalise! My stuff (avatar, banner, etc.) never work. Oh well. At least most wallpapers look nice on my desktop! :rollin Once I had one where MK was so close up it looked like she was gonna come out the computer! :rollin

Keith - I think I'll leave it unstickied. People make graphics enough for it always be somewhere near the top. We can always bump it up once in a while too. (Kind of like the American Idol and "24" threads in RC - where one thread is used but talked about week after week) IT just takes some finding. This is just a temp fix anyway :)

steph - oh, lol, don't worry about it. It fell to the second page. just look for it next time : )

michellejkittie - if you ever need help with figuring out your sig, just PM me. BTW, the geocities sites (though not steph's because her pages end in 'html/htm'), you have to copy the url and then paste it into the URL address book - because geocities doesn't allow direct linking or remote linking.

Ashley - I know you didn't want it to be so pixelated. I wish I could help you have it less pixelated but I don't use PSP7... I also agree with Hayley (from the other thread) I love the Romanza part the best - I like the touch with the butterflies too. I don't know if you intended it to be pixelated or not, but it's the only thing that takes it away from being absolutely breathtaking!

on another note, here's my newest wallpaper that I added to my site. To me it's boring because it looks like a lot of wallpapers I've seen, but I guess not MK - so I thought why not go for it - kinda like the other wallpaper I created :P

Awww, thanks. I don't know what I'm doing...it's not like I'm resizing the pics to 200 percent...I think I resized them to maybe 125%. Maybe that's still too much too. ::shrug:: Oh well.

I've had that background for almost a year, but until now I hadn't figured out how to use that in a Michelle wallpaper. I figured out how to use the layer controls in PSP7, hence the much better result :)

I know this is kinda off topic, but I'm thinking maybe it isn't because it's about a graphic. Anyway, in my signature below the graphic I made doesn't show up a lot of the time. Does anyone know why this is happening to me? All I did was put the web address for it in the ezCode, under account preferences, under my control center. Isn't that what you're suppose to do? Thanks!

steph, it's because geocities doesn't allow remote linking. You'll have to find another server that allows it in order to use your sig.

PS...The link seems to have worked, but I still don't know how to allow others to download my Wallpapers if they want to. They are all 800 by 600, but I noticed that it saves them much smaller. Can any of you computer and wallpaper savy people help me???? Please!!!!!!!!

Thanks for fixing the link! Those are nice. :) BTW, your first and third ones, you saved the bitmap version instead of the jpg. Can you upload the jpg version instead?

As for saving the ones that are jpgs, all people have to do is right-click on it and Save As. :)

I used The Print Shop-Broderbund. I bought it at Walmart for like $10. I have a couple of other programs but I like this one the best. I am having the most fun making these things. My daughter is 15 and thinks her Mom is quite a "Old fuddy duddy".....lol, but she also likes making wallpapers. She wants to enter one in the next contest. Its a small way for us to bond and enjoy the same thing. Anyway I am so enjoying everyone elses Wallpapers. We have some incredibly talented people on this forum.

Dick Button's "biggest beach ball" remark prompted me to take on the challenge on this one. I scanned a postage stamp sized print that was buried in the table of contents of the Olympic week Newsweek magazine, and cleaned up the coarse halftone with my Paint Shop Pro. I painted out the cluttered hotel background with a generic seascape.

okay I have a question(and it's probably dumb) I downloaded psp8 online and I'm trying to do a wallpaper well what size do I need to put it on for like a regular wallpaper size I looked at your wallpapers and the size was 489 by 367 pixels do you get what I'm saying?I know it 's confusing.:\

Wallpapers can either be 800x600 or 1024x768 pixels.
