PS and PSP tutorials

I am thinking of making a graphic site. It will have tutorials and stuff and skating graphics, i could even make it like a folio with some of your guys work if you wanted, i amnt sure if i am allowed to do that?

Yea, I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0 so.... it is always cool to see tips and tricks for that stuff. In fact, the website that sponsor the layout to my website had some awesome tips and I can never find sites like those easily.
