Anyone looking for tickets?

I don't want to get hopes up but I found out from my boss a few days ago that one of our business partners offered tickets to the World Championships to him a few weeks ago. After I picked myself up off the floor (I got my tickets after weeks of furious bidding on e-bay), I asked him to see if they are still available. He will be checking early next week. The tickets will not be free, but, I'm sure the cost will not be greater than the original face value. Also, since these are corporate tickets, I assume the seat assignments will be decent. I originally thought I should wait until I hear from him before posting anything since there is a chance nothing will come of it, but, I decided to go ahead and get an idea if anyone is interested so that I can give him an immediate answer if tickets are offered. If you think you might want them, please post here with any conditions (ie, only interested if in a certain section, will only pay original face value, only interested in X # of tickets, etc.).

I have a good ticket to the Ladies SP and a bad ticket for the Ladies LP. I would LOVE to get:

--a better ticket for the Ladies LP (or two because I'm going with a friend)
--a good ticket to the Men's LP
--a good ticket to the Dance OD
--a good ticket to the Dance FD

I can pay face value for these.

Also, I'm very good at making signs and if I'm low enough for the cameras, I will definitely make some for Michelle!

Bad News!! I heard back from my boss yesterday. The available tickets were for some of the less popular events and more importantly , were in the nosebleed seats! I passed on purchasing them as I was afraid I wouldn't have must interest. I feel awful for getting anyone's hopes up and as I said in my first post, I hesitated to even post the possibility in case it did not work out.

I do have an alternate offer if any of you are interested. I originally purchased my own tickets from the WFSC website and obtained 2 all events (except gala) tickets in the upper section. Afterwards, I was successful at purchasing 2 better tickets from ebay in the club section. I originally paid over $600 for the official website and have had no success reselling them for anywhere close to the face value. For those of you who originally expressed interest, I am offering them at only $25.00. This is primarily to cover the cost of overnight mailing.

To be fair, I am only offering to those of you who originally wanted the corporate tickets I was hoping to get. I'll check back again tomorrow night and will ship the tickets to the first responder.

To be honest, I hate to eat the $600, but, I would hate it more if the tickets went to waste. I'd particularly like to know they are being enjoyed by a MKF member.

Again, I'm sorry if you were counting on the corporate tickets and hope that each of you are successful in having the opportunity to enjoy the event.
