Which metro stops should we use for the MCI Center and Convention Center? Thanks. :)
I can't believe I leave in a few days.

Gallery Place/Chinatown is the closest to the MCI Center. If you go to Sandra Loosemore's site (frogsonice.com/skateweb) and go to her Worlds page (linked at the top of her home page) you'll see a series of transportation links, once of which gives you a map of the area around that stop (you'll see it listed). I believe the map is on a site called stationmasters.com. It shows you the streets, the venues, and other landmarks and hotels - very easy to read. I printed it out, in fact.
As for the Convention Ctr., the letter that came with the Worlds tix said the Metro Ctr. stop is the closest, but from the map it looks like the two stops are similar in distance - there are several exits at the Chinatown stop, which you'll see on the map - 2 are closer than the other.
I believe I saw a post on SkateFans that said H St. was better to use at night than G St.

One of the exits to the Gallery Place/Chinatown stop is adjacent to MCI Center (follow signs in Metro station to "Arena" and turn left when you get outside and it's literally around the corner.)
Here's the link:

For dinner attendees: Tony Cheng's is on H street between 6th and 7th just north of the arena.
For what it's worth, the areas north and east of the arena are a little less savoury than south and west
And here's a pretty good map from the Worlds site, but it's too small, so use the magnifying glass to zoom in
