Skate-Fan Gods Smile Again

Three weeks ago I am so lucky to go to Worlds (1st competition). Today my teaching schedule for Fall semester gets published and (ta-da, drum roll) dream schedule -- I finish teaching classes at noon on Thursdays and NO classes on Fridays.

So just when I think my competition days are over -- WOOHOO, Skate America is 5 hrs away and Skate Canada is 3 hrs away from me. MKFers, who's planning on going? [Belladella, if you get a chance, please check your inbox.]

Off the point a bit, but Skate Canada has a better website for getting tickets than Skate America. And "close-by" lodging is already a problem for Skate America, in case anyone is wondering. Anyone staying at the Inn at Reading?

Oh, how I would love to go! Reading PA is just the next state over. I am going to Disney World the very next week for vacation and I know I can not swing both! However I have 6 months to figure out a way to do both and with luck I just may able to do so!:FL
