That's very generous of Scott. Personally, I hope he's equally interested in supporting young figure skaters. But, what he does with his $$ is his own business.

That is quite a donation. Good for him. I did not realize Scott was that wealthy.

I would think Scott was a multi millionaire. He seems to have a good head for business too.

Who knows how much he gave, $1, $250,000 or $499,999 but he didn't give the whole $1/2 million alone. I'm sure he's rich, but doubt he's foundation rich. Who knows, maybe his contribution was mostly the name and publicity.

It's also toward improvements to the rink where he started out his skating career. It's great to see someone who can and does give back. Good for him. :angel
