I thought this just about said it all about the Nationals results; the writer John Powers seems pretty knowledgeable to me, and quite funny, too.

I was re-reading this article again tonight and realized it was the first I'd seen that had any mention about Stephen Carriere. What exactly happened re: his car accident - does anyone know? I really thought he had good potential.
