Hey Michelle, I have written to you once before. Just keep doing what you love to do and everything else will fall into place! Please don't try to over do with skating and college, we would like to keep you around for awhile. Just practice hard for the Nationals and Worlds and have fun!

From one Michelle to Another- Skating is not life! Don't get to worried if you loose one competion or you can't do that needed triple-triple combo. I know I sound like a parent but I have found that college gives me more than a degree. College is my springboard for life. College has opened my mind and my heart. I feel like I have accomplished something every time I complete a class. Sure, Skating can give you millions of dollers and happiness now but what will happen if someday you can't skate? Beauty fades but knowledge doesn't. Carol Heiss, for example, is not the same young and energetic skater that she was in the 1960's. Her beauty is inward. She is now looked upon as a great coach.
