As you go into Nationals, Grand Prix Final, Worlds and the Olympics, like Frank has told you - "Let it go". Let all the critizism and judges marks go. Let all your worries go. I don't know if that's what Frank meant, but that's what I want to say right now. In my eyes, you are the best ever, but that doesn't matter. The marks don't matter. The color of the medal doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that you take that last deep breath and skate from your heart.
