This week's question: Challenge level 2:

When did Michelle STOP wearing her pendant on a red string? And for an extra point, find a picture of her wearing the pendant on a gold chain. A link is fine.

I want to say it was right before the 2006 Olympics. I remember the gold chain was one of the first things I noticed when she did the morning interview with Katie Couric in Torino.

I wonder if that red string was lucky?...Did she jinx herself by changing it when it looked as though she'd been wearing it forever? Didn't she have to take it off to change it?...I don't know, I'm just being supersticious (sp?).

I can't find the pic, but I think that's when she changed it...

MK switched the pendant from the red string to a gold chain during the Torino Games.
I like the picture questions! I certainly wouldn't object to more of them.

I like the picture stuff because I like looking at MK, LOL.

14 yes right before the olympics. she talked about it in the NWA interview in Seattle on the COI tour. We talked about it here. She put the charm on a gold chain and then that chain broke also. Now we never see her wearing it, course we rarely see her either. And to be very specific, according to Michelle in the NWA interview, she says it was the day she left for the Olympics.

Yes MK looks wonderful in yellow.... and white, black, coral, gold, blue, and so on and so on. :D
