Not only is she a fantastic, talented skater, she is so classy, so mature, such a wonderful human being. She has such foresight and intelligence, when she talks about not worrying about what other skaters are doing, etc., competing only with herself. with that attitude, she will be a winner wherever her life takes her. But I'm selfish, I want to see her skating for many years to come. she brings such joy to the sport, such grace and elegance. I am just as much a fan of Michelle the person, tho, as I am of Michelle the skater. Michelle, if you read these messages, please know that you are an inspiration to many, even those of us who really are not connected with the sport other than as fans. I am so proud of you.
