Hi, I was getting kind of mad because I could not get a perfect mark. But I finally got some at WORLDS. I kept putting triple axles and triple/triple combinations all over the place but would fall a lot in competition. When I got these 6.0's I just did: Triple/Double Combination Triple Lutz Triple Flip Triple Loop Triple Loop Triple Toe Have any of you been playing the game? P.S. I did the Kwan Spiral too. But I have no idea on how I did it. Bye Jarrett Michelle Kwan - Champion Forever

You know I don't get high marks with any of my custom programs. But with the default program I got a couple of 6.0's (1 less than yours). I put up a page on it. http://members.xoom.com/mkwanonline/thegame/index.htm Maybe you'd like to upload some of your programs too. Leave me a note.

Can anybody tell me how to make the skirts see through like this:

It seems that you have been to my site. Sorry about the link, cuz xoom does not allow linking of graphics from an outside server such as this one. Anyway the link was supposed be to this picture I think if you just browse through the skirts you'll come across some see-through ones. Just click on the left mouse button as usual and to go back to a previous design click the right button. Otherwise maybe you should try out a top first than proceed with picking a skirt. Hope this can be of help

Thanks for the help! I will try it and see if it works. BTW, your site is great and I love the screeshots.

Since you all have gotten the MK computer game, I was wondering if any of you would like to describe how you play it. What computer capabilities are needed? Do you have to "execute" the jumps, spins, etc. that you choreograph or do you just make up a routine? I'd love to hear more about the game, since I don't have it and want to know how it works before I decide if I want to buy it. Thanks a lot!

A few hours ago...I was complaining on the other thread that I couldn't find MK's game in stores here in Canada!!!...then my friend came home (I stay with her family)...and guess what???...she went to this Chinese mall...and several stores were selling MK's game for $45...and 1 store for $30something!!!...On the other thread...it's $19.99 American on Amazon???...Can someone tell me if it's actually the same one???

skatestar -- I think if you browse through some old topics (click on the numbered pages listed at the bottom of MK Fan Chat) you can find some old discussions about how the game works. You can also go to michaeljosh's page to see the computer requirements. Briefly: The only elements that you actually execute when you skate the final routine that you create (in either "just skate" or competition) are the jumps. You do this by clicking at the appropriate time which determines whether the jump results in a clean landing (followed by applause if you nail it perfectly!), wobbly landing, two-footed landing, or a fall. Harder jumps (combos, 3-lutz, etc) are harder to land perfectly than easier jumps (3-toe, 2-axel, etc) because there's a scroll bar that shows you when to click, and the bar is much much tinier for those more difficult jumps -- the easier jumps have a longer range within which you can click to get a good landing. Hope that made sense -- it's hard to explain when you can't see what I'm talking about. ;-) Let me know what else you want to know... though I highly recommend that you do buy it so you can see for yourself (or at least download the demo if you can!).

I really, really want to get Michelle's game but I don't think my computer has enough memmory. How much memmory does this game need?

MINIMUM Requirements at LEAST 32 MB Ram and 200 MHz or faster Intel Pentium 4x CD rom drive using 32-bit Windows 95/98 CD-Rom driver 70 MB free hard disk space plus space for saved games Anyway the fun part is choreographing the program. There are little squares that you click on to choreograph-- like there will be one that says "skate", or "forward cross overs" "triple loop", etc. Just keep clicking on them till you are finished making the program... then COMPETE! You can save the programs too! It's a blast. Lyra-- that skirt is there, trust me! Just keep clicking away on the skirt icon! :O)

I love the game, too! It's loads of fun to use new MIDIs and see how MK skates to other music, too. Yesterday I found a great MIDI of Les Miz and somehow I got MK to win Worlds with it (is the triple/double combo the biggest pain or what? I think the timing of actualy doing it on the ice is easier than getting the mouse to click at the right time!) ;) My only complain is that I wish it had ALL of MK's costumes in it -- it's missing Romanza, Dream of Desdemona #1 and #2, and the Taj Mahal #2 costume. And all of her music on MIDI too! I was stunned that Lyra wasn't on it.... Other than that I love the game!

I plan to get it for Christmas either from my relitives or just get it with my Christmas spending money. I'm pretty sure i'll get it from one of my relitives though. It's #1 on my Christmas Wishlist!

I have a questions are both of the Lyra Angelica or either one on the game? And is the Rachmaninoff costume on the game?

Yes both Lyra 1 and Lyra 2 costumes are there. Rach is there as well (in the red/white version she actually used and a silverish/white version)

I have made a costume's page from the video game along with other captures. http://www.michellekwan.net/figureskating/captures/ All features are not ready yet, but feel free to look through whatever that is ready. Thanks for sharing all the different costumes and screens with us. I loved it! Now you all are making me want to get the game right now!

Hey Jarrett and everyone you know you can change the top of the costume in certain ways by clicking on the star button right? Well for Salome if you click on it you can make the midrift bare (well fake flesh bare anyway) like it really was. That's also how you make the DOD #2 costume by clicking on the star when you have the black top chosen.

Michelle hasn't mastered a triple Axel yet the game has a wider bar for the Axel than the lutz and the triple-triple
