Added Olympics Discussion section temp. during the Games

We added a temporary section for non-skating Olympic discussion during the Games. Treat it in most respects like the Spoilers section where you know that spoilers will be posted there. However, out of respect to other posters, please keep spoilers out of the thread titles.
